We wanted to write a blog to which we could quickly refer new people in the community, to give them all of the required information you need about a token in which you're thinking of investing. So strap in, here come the facts and figures!

LAUNCH ON STX.CITY

The $SAYLOR contract was created on stx.city on the 11th November 2024. The transaction to deploy the contract is here. The contract itself can be found here.

Why stx.city? It was the easiest and safest platform to quickly deploy a contract which is safe and fair launch, fair due to the liquidity partnerships with Velar, Alex and now Charisma.

CONTRACT DETAILS

$SAYLOR was launched with 69,000,000,000 tokens available and we were trying to raise 5,000 $STX to give the project a good chance of launching with enough liquidity to make people notice. Just two days later the 5,000 $STX target was met and the liquidity launched on the Velar decentralised exchange. The link to Velar will take you to the $SAYLOR-$STX Liquidity Pool page.

TOKENOMICS

69,000,000,000 $SAYLOR tokens were deployed with the contract.

As part of the liquidity migration to Velar 2,069,999,781 $SAYLOR tokens were burned. They now live in the cant-be-evil.stx wallet.

This leaves 66,930,000,218 tokens available.

LIQUIDITY

The Velar liquidity pool as of today is made up of 9,527,146,165 $SAYLOR and 4,978 $STX, after an initial pump of interest some early whales made sales and drove our MC down to pretty much how we launched from stx.city. We will continue to build the community and the project and show the stacks community that we are here for the long term.

THE FUTURE

9% of $SAYLOR tokens are controlled by the team and will be used for airdrops, competitions and extra liquidity when possible. The team are keen to grow the project and are not looking for quick gains, you will see the wallet activity to prove this statement, all team wallet activity will be transparent to the community.
